*Coaches will be made to attend a mandatory League Rules Meeting on Sunday August 11, 2024 at Lakeshore Gym in Carrollton at 3PM.

*All prospective coaches who are wanting to apply to coach Flag/Tackle football, please download, fill out and return proper documents. 

*Practices for Football will look a little different this year. We are planning to do tackle twice during the weekdays and one on Saturday, this will combat, traffic issues and more importantly heat issues. The Saturday practice will be done early in the morning, to help accommodate full pad practices that in the past have been restricted during weekdays due to the heat index. This doesn't mean full pads wont occur during weekday practices, the weekend practice will just guarantee at least one full pad practice if weather is to hot. 

*Flag will practice once a week during the weekday, but will gain a longer time slot to do so. They will also practice on Saturday.

*Once Saturday games start we will revert to Monday-Thursday practice schedule as in the past.
