All coaches and volunteers who participate in any sanctioned Bremen Parks & Recreation Department and/or Georgia Recreation & Parks Association youth sports program are required to undergo and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check and a ll "Head Coaches" are required to have a nationally recognized coach's certification.

Certifications that are recognized by our department and GRPA are as follows:

Basketball: NYSCA, ACEP, GHSA, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, & SIMPLY THE BEST
Track & Field: NYSCA, ACEP, GHSA USA TRACK, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, & SIMPLY THE BEST
Tennis: NYSCA, ACEP, GHSA, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, & SIMPLY THE BEST
Baseball & Softball: NYSCA, ACEP, GHSA, HIGHER GROUND, SIMPLY THE BEST, DOYLE, MVP, ASA, VIP, & KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY
Golf: NYSCA, ACEP, GHSA, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, & SIMPLY THE BEST
Football: NYSCA, ACEP, GHSA, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, & SIMPLY THE BEST
Soccer: NYSCA, ACEP GHSA, GYSA, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, SIMPLY THE BEST, & U.S. YOUTH SOCCER
